As an exercise in exploration of acicular, shard-like geometries, I was involved in the development of a line of products and artworks that tried to meld art and utility. The design of public benches (Shard) and lamps (Skaar I, II) were exercises that proved an enjoyable learning experience through explorations in material and geometry.
